About the Role

Square Interio is looking for a motivated
Business Development Intern
to support our lead generation and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for finding potential customers through online data research, collecting relevant business and customer information, and contacting leads regularly to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Scrape and research relevant lead data from websites, directories, social media, and other online sources.
- Build and maintain an organized database of potential customers and business leads.
- Identify potential clients interested in interior design, home interiors, office interiors, and related services.
- Make daily calls to the collected leads and introduce Square Interio's services.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead status, call details,



and follow-up information in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Support digital marketing and online lead-generation activities.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential target audiences.
- Achieve daily and weekly lead-generation and calling targets.
- Share daily/weekly reports on leads generated, calls made, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of
web data scraping and online research

- Good knowledge of
Excel/Google Sheets
and data management.
- Basic understanding of
digital marketing and lead generation
.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making
daily outbound calls
.
- Ability to identify genuine and relevant leads.
- Positive internet research skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
