Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (experience in the

Automation/SPM industry preferred)

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.

 3–8 years of hands-on experience in SPM manufacturing or industrial machine building.

 Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine assembly.

 Experience in leak testing systems and hydraulic press applications preferred.

 Working knowledge of PLC systems.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks.

Key Responsibilities

 Execute complete lifecycle of SPM projects from concept to commissioning.





 Coordinate with design (mechanical & electrical), production, and purchase teams.

 Review machine layouts, GA drawings, BOM, and technical specifications.

 Manage manufacturing of:

o Drill & Tap SPMs

o Customized Hydraulic Press Machines

o Dry & Wet Leakage Testing Machines (positive & negative pressure)

o Endurance Test Benches

 Oversee assembly, debugging, trials, FAT, and customer inspection.

 Support site installation and commissioning activities.

 Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

 Interact with clients for technical discussions and progress updates.

Pay: ₹241,546.87 - ₹493,992.72 per year
