Founding Full-Stack Developer, AI Engineer, UI/UX Developer and QA Tester
who wants to build products from the ground up and become part of Aptivision's core technology team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable web applications from 0→1.
- Develop frontend and backend applications.
- Design and develop REST APIs and integrations.




- Build recruitment, candidate, employer, and administrative workflows.
- Work on JobAI and HireLynx product modules.
- Integrate AI/ML services and LLM APIs into applications.
- Design database schemas and backend services.
- Develop authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
- Implement dashboards, analytics, notifications, search, and workflow automation.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work closely with AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable code.
- Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Help establish coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Mentor future engineering team members.
