Job Description: Junior Program Manager Vehicle Financing

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to join the Vehicle Financing department. This role sits at the intersection of Business Development and Strategy, and will be responsible for driving program management initiatives that support the growth and operational efficiency of the vehicle financing business. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional programs end-to-end, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders/partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage programs supporting Business Development and Strategy initiatives within the Vehicle Financing department.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders (cross-functional teams, leadership) and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, financing institutions).
- Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables,



proactively flagging risks and roadblocks.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at business growth in the vehicle financing space.
- Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to enhance program efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 34 years of relevant work experience; prior experience in the Auto or Financing industry is preferred.

Skills:
- Solid program/project management fundamentals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
