Position 1: Junior Architect

Experience

6 months 3 years

Qualification

* Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

* Valid COA Registration is required.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in developing architectural concepts, designs, and presentations.

* Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation.

* Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

* Assist senior architects in design development and project coordination.

* Prepare 3D models and architectural visualizations.

* Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants when required.

* Participate in site visits and assist with resolving site-related design issues.

* Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.

* Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.

Position 2: Architect

Experience

3+ years

Qualification

* Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)





* Valid COA Registration is required.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop architectural concepts from initial design through detailed development.

* Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation.

* Develop 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.

* Coordinate architectural designs with consultants and project teams.

* Assist in managing project deliverables, timelines, and design coordination.

* Conduct site visits and coordinate with site/project teams.

* Review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.

* Identify and resolve design and technical issues during project development.

* Contribute to sustainable, innovative, and context-responsive architectural solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have valuable working knowledge of:

* ArchiCAD / BIM

* AutoCAD (CAD)

* D5 Render

* SketchUp
