Sr Social Media Manager

Experience: 5- 7 years

Role Purpose

Own DT's social media strategy, editorial calendar and digital brand presence across platforms, with responsibility for brand visibility, engagement, community growth and social-led demand.

Responsibilities
- Build annual/quarterly social strategy.
- Own monthly content calendar.
- Develop content pillars.
- Brief Creative/Copy/Video teams.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate shoots.
- Manage influencers/creators where required.
- Analyse social performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Performance for creative testing.
- Collaborate with ORM for sentiment and reputation.




- Ensure DT's social presence reflects luxury positioning.

KPIs
- Reviewed Monthly
- Reach, Engagement rate, Video views/completion, Saves & shares, Follower quality/growth
- Reviewed Quarterly
- Content output, Creative testing, Social-driven enquiries, Share of voice, Brand/social growth

Significant: This role will be the owner for social strategy and content performance.

This role involves 6 days working - Monday to Saturday, with 3 days Travel in a week and Extended working hours
