Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for brand identities, marketing campaigns, packaging, and digital assets that align with client objectives and BrandMatterz’s creative standards. Daily responsibilities include designing logos and brand elements, selecting typography, developing layouts for print and digital media, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves collaborating closely with strategy, PR,



and media teams to translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals, as well as refining designs based on feedback and performance insights. The Graphic Designer will also maintain an organized asset library and stay current with design trends and tools relevant to branding and advertising.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and campaign work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development of brand identities, visual systems, and style guides.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles, with the ability to create transparent, readable, and impactful designs.
- Advanced use of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD or Figma).
- Experience designing for both digital and print media, including social media creatives, web assets, and print collateral
