About the Role

L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing residential construction team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our residential construction and interior solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, well-spoken and capable of building solid relationships with prospective homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential construction and interior projects.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Understand clients' requirements, budget, location and project expectations.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.




- Present the company's residential construction, architectural design and interior services.
- Explain project processes, specifications, timelines and commercial proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the architecture, estimation, construction and interior teams to prepare client proposals.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate lead status.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and local market activities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, marketing events and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients from enquiry to project confirmation.
