Executive – Purchase

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: MBA in Supply Chain Management (SCM) preferred
Industry Preference: Agrochemical Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Purchase to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely availability of materials. Candidates with experience in the agrochemical industry and knowledge of procurement processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and pending supplies.
- Maintain proper purchase records, documentation, and vendor data.
- Support vendor development and supplier relationship management.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with company quality, cost,



and delivery requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely resolution of delivery and quality issues.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Candidates from the Agrochemical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
- MBA in Supply Chain Management (SCM) preferred.
- Positive negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic procurement documentation.
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
