Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and other marketplaces.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROAS and profitable sales growth.
- Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, placements, targeting, keywords, and creatives.
- Track and analyze sales, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
- Coordinate with platform Advertisement Account Managers to improve visibility and campaign performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop promotional and visibility strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Category teams for launches and promotions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns align with revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
- Stay updated on Quick Commerce advertising trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.

Key Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, E-commerce Advertising, or Quick Commerce Advertising.




- Experience managing paid advertising on platforms such as Zepto Ads, Blinkit Ads, Instamart Ads, BigBasket, Myntra, Meta, or Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, Performance Marketing, ROAS, CAC, CRO, customer acquisition, and sales funnel management.
- Proven experience in budget management and ROAS optimization.
- Experience coordinating with marketplace/platform account managers.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and marketplace analytics dashboards.
- Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, platforms, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Consumer Products, Baby Care/Kids, Lifestyle, or Quick Commerce is preferred.
- Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth through paid advertising.
