Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a BDE, you will find companies that are hiring, meet them, explain ManyJobs, and help them hire employees through our platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit 10-15 clients daily and explain ManyJobs services.
- Find new companies and generate leads.
- Understand customer hiring needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Handle customer questions and objections.
- Help recent clients post jobs and start using the platform.
- Build good relationships with clients.
- Share market updates and leads with your manager.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer meeting details daily.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to find and connect with new customers.
- Own bike and valid driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.

Qualification: MBA Freshers
