Assistant Manager – Development & Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Development & Marketing to support fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, communications, and development initiatives. The role involves managing donor communications, creating content, coordinating events and volunteers, and supporting fundraising operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media content and communication
- Create compelling content for campaigns, newsletters, reports, and other communications
- Prepare donor proposals, reports, presentations, and other fundraising documents
- Support donor relationship management and fundraising activities
- Coordinate volunteers and support volunteer engagement initiatives
- Compile newsletters, annual reports, and organizational communications
- Plan and coordinate events, campaigns, and fundraising activities
- Support special projects and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate administrative and fundraising records
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management

Qualifications




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, or development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience with Mailchimp and donor management software
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong presentation and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
