INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGERKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute the brand’s complete influencer marketing and creator strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Identify, research and build a robust pipeline of relevant 30+ creators every month.
- Manage 30+ influencer/creator collaborations every month, from research and outreach to final content delivery.
- Handle the complete creator lifecycle including research, outreach, selection, negotiations, product mapping, briefing, follow-ups, approvals, usage rights and reporting.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers, content creators and UGC creators.
- Develop innovative influencer-led campaigns, product campaigns and social-media activations every month.
- Create campaign concepts, content ideas, hooks, scripts and creative briefs that align with the brand’s identity and target audience.
- Create and contribute to brand content for Instagram, Reels, Stories and other social platforms, ensuring content is engaging, trend-driven and brand relevant.




- Collaborate with creators to develop high-performing Reels, UGC, product videos, testimonials, lifestyle content and campaign creatives.
- Monitor Instagram trends, viral formats, creator trends and competitor activities and convert them into actionable content ideas.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor by providing clear briefs, references, content ideas and feedback.
- Review creator content and ensure it meets brand guidelines, quality standards and campaign objectives before publishing.
- Track influencer campaign performance including reach, engagement, views, conversions, content performance and ROI.
- Maintain a detailed database of creators, collaborations, deliverables, costs, performance and usage rights.
- Regularly present new creator opportunities, campaign ideas and growth recommendations to the Founder/Management.
