About the Role

Sky Education Group is looking for a Lead Generation Executive – Education / Student Outreach to join our growing sales team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective students through outbound calling, understand their education and career requirements, identify genuine prospects for higher education programs, and generate qualified admission prospects for our Admission Counsellors.

This is a target-oriented sales role, not a customer support role.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and graduates from the company's database.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals and higher-education plans.
- Generate interest in relevant programs such as Online MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA and other higher-education programs.
- Qualify prospects based on eligibility, interest, requirement and admission timeline.
- Identify Hot, Warm and Future Prospects.
- Share relevant information with interested students and coordinate counselling calls.




- Transfer qualified prospects to the Admission Counsellor with complete student information.
- Maintain accurate lead status, call remarks and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested students who are not immediately ready for counselling.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and qualified-prospect targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Maintain professional communication with students throughout the calling process.

What We Expect From You
- Excellent Hindi communication skills; good English communication is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Good listening and questioning ability.
- Ability to understand student requirements rather than simply delivering a sales pitch.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain accurate calling and lead records.
