ERA Furniture is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our furniture and interior solutions, generating new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products and customized solutions. You should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, perks, materials, customization options, and pricing.




- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with design, production, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on furniture trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work towards effective solutions.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales performance and business growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, retail, furniture, interiors, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
