Role & responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of finished Goods delivery to customer in coordination with sales team in given time frame.
- Periodically stock check and timely clearance with given time/age limit.
- Daily tally physical and system stock and ensure updation in EIS as per physical inventory.
- Periodically review reports and strategies to explicit out stock.
- Coordination & Follow-up with relevant Departments for timely order execution.
- Get the proper Invoicing done of goods before sending it to client.
- Proper checking of sales return goods with sales descriptions.
- Ensure timely delivered back repairing goods received from clients.
- Ensure proper packaging of goods until delivered to client.
- Oversee shipping cycle and forwarding relevant information to Sales and Accounting on shipment of goods.
- Ensure proper shipment documentation and inspection of completed orders.
- Ensure proper photography of goods in every manner such as edit and upload.
- Ensure smooth implementation and functioning of policies and procedures.
