Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have solid coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order processing and execution.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.




- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, presentations, and monthly sales reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
- Resolve customer coordination issues and escalate when required.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or back-office sales.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, FMCG, engineering, or export companies is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
