Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Professional Chef to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to menu standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food stock, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Follow recipes, cooking techniques, and quality standards.




- Assist in menu planning and development when required.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar hospitality role.
- Relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, or catering is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Creative approach to food presentation and preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy service hours.
