Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit manpower as per client requirements.

Manage and coordinate deployed manpower at client sites.

Handle site operations, attendance, scheduling and workforce requirements.

Coordinate with clients, guards/workers and internal teams.

Provide backup/support in case of emergencies or manpower shortages.

Ensure smooth deployment and timely replacement of manpower.

Resolve day-to-day operational and staffing issues.

Requirements:

Experience in manpower sourcing, recruitment or workforce management preferred.

Own bike is mandatory.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle field operations and manage manpower efficiently.

Prior experience in security/manpower services will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
