KYC Knowledge
Experience in Loan disbursement
Manage the productivity & quality of the process
Walk-in Customer management & query resolution
Cheque collection, deposition & maintenance of the accurate records
Banking Operations / process - NACH / CHQ presentations
FC cases updation & closure follow up.
Impalement of recent Vendor

Centralized Operation Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
1+ year of experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
