Position: Bar Supervisor
Location: Powai, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead and guide bartenders, bar helpers, and stewards.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
Maintain proper inventory and control wastage.
Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to company standards.
Check cleanliness, hygiene, and overall bar presentation.
Monitor billing, POS transactions, and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, company policies, and safety standards.
Prepare daily stock and sales reports.
Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and management.
Train recent team members and conduct regular briefings.
Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operations.

Requirements




5+ years of experience in a bar/restaurant/hotel setting.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar equipment.
Solid communication and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.
POS and billing knowledge preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
