Analyse tender documents and assist in preparing bid estimates.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost comparison statements.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material quantity reconciliation.
Prepare variation statements, extra item estimates, and rate analysis.
Maintain billing records, estimation reports, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing procedures.
Support management with MIS reports related to project costs and billing.
