Trainees / candidates from 4-star, 5-star and 7-star hotels are highly preferred.
Candidates with training or experience in hotel reservations, front office, guest relations, hospitality sales or customer service will be preferred.
Freshers with relevant hotel management training and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Confident and qualified telephone etiquette with good convincing and negotiation skills.
Should be comfortable handling WhatsApp, email, telephone enquiries and follow-up calls.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed room bookings.
Valuable computer knowledge and basic proficiency in MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
