We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media trends, content creation, reels, photography/video coordination, and audience engagement. Experience in the wedding, events, hospitality, fashion, or creative industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging content including Instagram Reels, posts, stories.
Coordinate with the event production and creative teams to capture suitable photos and videos during events.
Edit and publish reels and other social media content.
Identify and follow current social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and content formats.
Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across social media platforms.
Increase followers, reach,



engagement, and overall social media visibility.
Ensure event photographs and videos are properly organized and utilized for social media marketing.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation preferred.
Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Valuable understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
Basic to advanced skills in video editing and content creation.
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual presentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
