Telecalling Executive – Premium Residential Project
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and generate leads for a premium residential project.
Explain project features, amenities and location to prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements and maintain regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Achieve calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.
Real estate telecalling/sales experience preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
