About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and experienced in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Generate and convert leads through calls, networking, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Monitor team performance, sales numbers, and conversion rates.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaigns.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements




2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a team-lead/managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Valuable understanding of lead generation and sales conversion.
