Job Summary
Responsible for protected and efficient operation of the Ammonia Refrigeration Plant, ensuring uninterrupted cooling for IQF freezing, cold storage and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Ammonia Refrigeration System.
Handle compressors, condensers, pumps, evaporators and refrigeration equipment.
Monitor pressure, temperature, oil level and system parameters.
Maintain required temperature for IQF, cold storage and production areas.
Handle plant start-up, shutdown and changeover operations.
Identify and report ammonia leakage, breakdowns and abnormal conditions.
Coordinate with Production & Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Maintain daily refrigeration log sheets and equipment readings.
Follow all ammonia safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Candidate Profile
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical preferred.
3–7 years hands-on experience in Ammonia Refrigeration.
Experience in Frozen Food / IQF / Cold Storage preferred.
Good knowledge of ammonia compressors and refrigeration systems.
Able to independently operate the refrigeration plant with robust safety awareness.
Pay: ₹20,000.86 - ₹25,000.77 per month
