Role & responsibilities :
Maintain Work place Discipline and valuable employee relation.
Responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance & annual maintenance of the machines.
Responsible for the valuable working condition of CNC, VMC, HMC, hardness testing & VTL
Responsible for maintaining positive health of all equipments.
Responsible for PLC programming, Access Control & Critical Process Parameter setting/fine tune.
To coordinate with Q.A. department for continuous improvement in plant status regarding better product & package quality.
Responsible for maintaining QMS & GMP (Good Maintenance Practices) & 5s in their respective Areas.
Plan for safety of Personnel, facilities & equipment.
Spare parts management planning, indenting and keeping tab on cost of spares.
Deliver on all Plant Performance Criteria as per BSC.
Train, Motivate and Build team bonding among employees.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Kaizen projects with wide participation.
Effective implementation of Quality Management Systems (IATF / EHS etc.).
Report monthly Plant Performance to Senior Management.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
