Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to support our construction and real-estate sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our construction services/projects, generating leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating appointments with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain construction services, residential projects, commercial projects, and other company offerings.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and project needs.
Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.




Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales/Business Development team.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about projects and services.
Follow up on old and inactive leads to identify recent opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Update customer information and follow-up status in Excel/CRM.
Maintain a qualified relationship with customers throughout the enquiry process.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Tamil and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Customer-focused and polite in communication.
Good follow-up and lead-management skil
