across 25+ countries.

Role Overview

As a
Business Development Specialist
, you will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative sales and high-quality customer conversations.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with US-based parents through
outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings
to explain BrightChamps programs.
Convert qualified leads into enrolments by addressing objections and effectively communicating program value and outcomes.
Maintain consistent follow-ups using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
Achieve weekly and monthly
revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets
.




Build robust relationships with prospective customers and provide a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Work Schedule & Requirements
Work Days:
6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday
Weekday Off:
1 weekday off as per business requirements
Shift Timing:
US Shift –
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST
Mode:
Remote / Work From Home
Laptop:
Candidates must have a
personal laptop
in good working condition.
Internet:
Reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US-based parents.
Comfortable working in a
night shift
and a target-oriented sales setting.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship
