Process and dispatch daily customer orders.
Manage omnichannel order operations across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups with customers.
Manage RTO (Return to Origin) claims and documentation.
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and delivery issues.
Collect and process retail purchase orders.
Pack marketplace and website orders with quality checks.
Generate invoices and maintain basic billing records.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.
Maintain daily reports for dispatch, returns, and inventory.
Call customers to confirm COD orders before shipping.

Required Skills




Experience with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify).
Valuable knowledge of inventory management.
Understanding of shipping and logistics processes.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
