\OMS tech lead\

\Responsibilities\

Lead end-to-end \technical design\ for Salesforce OMS implementations.

Design and implement \Salesforce Order Management (OMS)\ capabilities:
Order lifecycle management
Fulfillment workflows
Inventory visibility (ATP/ATO concepts)
Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Integrate OMS with \Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B)\ or external eCommerce platforms.
Work closely with \business stakeholders, product owners, and architects\.
Translate business requirements into \technical designs and user stories\.

Design Integrations With
Payment gateways
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Logistics/Shipping providers

Ensure \CI/CD processes\ and DevOps practices using tools like Jenkins.
Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, ,



integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations
Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

Experience /Knowledge Required
Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform

Knowledge Of
Order orchestration, fulfillment flows
Inventory and supply chain concepts
Experience in \eCommerce domain is mandatory\.

Qualified/technical Skills
5+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
4+ years or more experience with Salesforce Platform in a Development Capacity
2+ years or more experience in Salesforce OMS
Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, an
