We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT positions, sourcing strategies, and the ability to evaluate technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand job requirements for IT roles such as developers, testers, DevOps engineers, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Negotiate salary and manage offer process
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Stay updated on IT market trends and hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field




Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting for niche technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)
Understanding of technical screening methods
Certification in HR or recruitment (optional)
