Job Description — Mechanical Design Engineer

About Motorall

Motorall is developing next-generation autonomous mobility and material-handling systems for warehouses, ports, mining and industrial logistics.

Our product portfolio includes Cyborg autonomous mobile robots for 200–1,000 kg payloads, as well as T-REX heavy-duty autonomous vehicles designed for 20–50 tonne cargo movement across ports, mines and industrial settings.
Motorall is building integrated robotic platforms combining mechanical systems, electric powertrains, drive-by-wire, sensors, autonomy, fleet management and industrial vehicle architecture.

We are looking for a highly capable Mechanical Design Engineer who can take ownership of the mechanical architecture of our robots and electric vehicles—from concept and CAD through prototyping, testing and deployment.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on product-development role, not a conventional CAD-design position.

The selected engineer will work on the design and development of:
Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
Heavy-duty autonomous ground vehicles




Electric/hybrid powertrain systems
Chassis and structural systems
Drive systems and wheel-end assemblies
Battery-pack integration
Steering, suspension and braking systems
Robotic mechanisms and payload interfaces
Modular robot platforms
Trailer/cargo coupling mechanisms
Mechanical systems for industrial and port environments

The engineer will work closely with electrical, electronics, controls, autonomy and manufacturing teams to develop complete working robotic vehicles.

Key Responsibilities1. Robot Mechanical Design
Design complete mechanical architectures for autonomous mobile robots.
Develop chassis, frame, body, payload decks and structural members.
Design mounting systems for LiDAR, cameras, radar, batteries, motors, controllers and other sensors/electronics.
Design mechanical interfaces for conveyor, flatbed, lift and robotic-arm top modules.
Develop modular robot
