Work closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and Founders to understand requirements and deliver creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across website, social media, e-mailers, ads, and other digital platforms.
Convert concepts, briefs, and content into visually appealing creatives with minimal supervision.
Optimize images for website performance, size, dimensions, and responsiveness without compromising quality.
Handle multiple design requirements simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business urgency.
Take ownership of designs from concept to final execution, including revisions.
Develop campaign creatives for product launches, offers, events, blogs, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
Suggest recent creative ideas, layouts, visual styles,



and design improvements rather than only executing briefs.
Stay updated with the latest web-design and digital-creative trends and competitor designs. Maintain an organised design library, source files, templates, and brand assets.
Ensure accuracy in text, dimensions, alignment, colours, and visual elements before final delivery.
Work in a fast-paced, changing startup workplace and adapt quickly to recent requirements.
Proactively identify design requirements and contribute ideas that can improve website engagement and user experience.
Coordinate with developers when required to ensure designs are implemented correctly on the website.
Maintain a high-quality output with minimum revisions and errors.
