Ability to strike CHRO, SPOC in Talent Acquisition, Stakeholders in the industry to generate recent business and revenue enhancement.
New client acquisition, penetrate horizontally and vertically in current and existing accounts.

Client engagement responsibilities like:
Acquisition of new clients
Market research
Agreement closures
Account management & farming.
Always a keen observer of Market trends and scanning the competition from Recruitment expansion prospective.
Ability to scan and identify recent opportunities and avenues for Business venturing and growth opportunities.
Sector exposure Multi sector exposure preferred like FMCG/Food company, Automotive, Constructi
