Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer information.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer service and order execution.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales/business development preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

The selected candidate will have an prospect to earn additional incentives based on sales performance and achievement of targets.
