Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager EdTech (B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Pitching:
Identify and connect with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate training partners to pitch EdTech products and services.
Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach strategies.
Cold Calling & Outreach:
Execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a solid sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition:
Convert prospects into paying clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and closures in CRM tools.
Relationship Management:




Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs across North India.

Key Skills Required
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales (EdTech preferred)
Proficiency in lead generation and cold calling
CRM tools handling (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Target-driven mindset with a hunter approach
Ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1–5+ years of experience in B2B
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or the education sector is a plus
