Skills Required:

● Knowledge of warehouse billing and logistics operations

● Calculate storage charges based on pallets, cartons, weight, volume, or storage days

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally/ERP/WMS systems etc.

● Solid analytical and reconciliation skills in warehousing invoicing, ensuring accurate billing, inventory validation, and timely resolution of invoice discrepancies.

KRAs
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and within the agreed timeline.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Ensure all billable services (storage, handling, transportation, detention, value-added services, etc.) are invoiced without omission.
Process credit/debit notes after obtaining required approvals
Audit and verify vendor bills




Audit and verify sales bills as per consumption
Answer customers all billing related queries

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
