Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with functional heads and management.
Conduct preliminary interviews and competency assessments.
Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements across departments.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.
Coordinate salary negotiations and offer discussions with selected candidates.

Employer Branding
Strengthen the organization's employer brand through recruitment campaigns and social media platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events.





Recruitment Operations
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS reports.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire.
Ensure timely release of offer letters and completion of joining formalities.
Coordinate background verification and reference checks.

Team Management
Guide and support recruitment executives and sourcing teams.
Monitor individual recruiter performance and hiring targets.
Implement best recruitment practices and process improvements.
