Job Purpose:

We are looking for a creative, strategic and execution-oriented marketing qualified who can convert business objectives into innovative campaigns, brand initiatives and customer engagement programmes.

The role will work closely with the Head Brand & Communications and take ideas from:

Key Responsibilities
Brand, Creative & Campaign Development
Generate innovative marketing and brand-building ideas.
Develop campaign concepts, themes, messaging and creative direction.
Create campaigns for products, launches, brand awareness and customer engagement.
Build initiatives that improve brand visibility, recall and differentiation.
Customer Engagement & Brand Activation
Develop cutting-edge engagement initiatives for dealers, fabricators, OEMs, architects, consultants and contractors.
Create customer campaigns, dealer programmes, product experiences and brand activations.
Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and brand presence.
Product, Content & Storytelling




Work with Sales and Product teams to understand products and applications.
Convert technical information into simple and engaging stories.
Develop concepts for product stories, case studies, customer stories, videos, presentations and other content.
Provide creative direction to designers, agencies and content partners.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Track competitor campaigns, positioning and communication.
Monitor industry and customer trends.
Identify market gaps, recent opportunities and emerging marketing formats.
Share relevant insights and recommendations with the Head Brand & Communications.
Events, Exhibitions & Experiences
Develop concepts for exhibitions, customer meets, dealer meets and industry events.
Create engaging themes and customer experiences.
Plan pre-event, on-ground and post-event communication.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendor
