Function: Administration

Education: Graduate
Compensation: ₹18–24 LPA
Travel: Must be open to travel

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Administration function across the organization.
Handle facility management, housekeeping, security, and general administration activities.
Provide administrative support for the maintenance and operations of centers across PAN India.
Manage setting up of new offices/centers, including infrastructure and administrative requirements.
Oversee maintenance and management of company-owned vehicles.
Ensure timely completion of regulatory and statutory compliance related to administration and facilities.
Manage procurement and vendor management, including vendor selection, coordination, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for liaisoning and administrative requirements.
Lead and manage a large workforce, ensuring effective manpower utilization and team performance.




Develop and implement administrative processes, policies, and SOPs for smooth operations.
Oversee security management and ensure a safe and secure working workplace.
Monitor facility-related budgets, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives.
Travel across locations as required to oversee administrative and facility operations.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline with 14–20 years of relevant experience in Administration, Facility Management, or related functions.
Proven experience in leading an administration department with a large workforce.
Robust interpersonal, communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Hands-on experience in facility management, housekeeping, security, procurement, vendor management, and compliance.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Must be willing to travel across PAN India as required.
