J ob Description
Design and execute advanced characterization studies for peptide-based products.
Conduct higher-order structure and conformational analysis using:
Circular Dichroism (CD)
Spectrofluorometric methods
SV-AUC (Sedimentation Velocity Analytical Ultracentrifugation)
Evaluate aggregation, oligomerization, and molecular integrity using orthogonal characterization techniques.




Interpret complex analytical and biophysical data and prepare scientific justification reports.
Perform method development, qualification and troubleshooting activities.
Support regulatory filings, comparability assessments, investigations, and scientific discussions.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability building within the department.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
M.Sc./M. Pharm./MTech. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biochemistry

Experience
Tenure 7 - 9 years of experience in peptide/protein characterization.
