Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, appointment coordination, and customer relationship activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and the ability to achieve calling and lead-conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into qualified leads.
Explain company products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
Generate leads through telecalling and maintain a proper database.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily call reports, follow-up records, and customer information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.




Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer follow-up.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding leads and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support / Inside Sales.
Any Degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Working knowledge of MS Office/CRM software is preferred.
Tamil communication is preferred; basic English communication is required.
Should be comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
