Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and related hardware issues.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and repair.
Handle motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging, RAM, SSD/HDD and other hardware-related issues.
Perform OS installation, software troubleshooting, driver installation and system configuration.
Conduct laptop inspection, diagnosis and quality checks before delivery.
Ensure proper handling and safety of customer devices.
Maintain repair records and update job status in the system.
Achieve repair turnaround time and quality/service targets.
Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned team.

Requirements
Experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting.
Positive knowledge of laptop hardware, components and basic electronics.
Hands-on experience in motherboard-level troubleshooting/repair will be an added advantage.
Valuable problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Customer-oriented with positive communication skills.
