We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM projects and ensure effective collaboration between Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Identify, analyze, and resolve design and model conflicts.
Review BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM modelers, and project teams.
Manage and track clashes, RFIs, and coordination issues.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.
Ensure timely model updates based on design changes.
Follow BIM standards, workflows,
and project requirements.
Support the BIM Manager in maintaining project coordination and documentation.
Required Skills
2–5 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination.
Robust knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems.
Experience in clash detection and model coordination.
Positive understanding of BIM workflows and project documentation.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
