Job Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and job seekers.

* Understand their requirements and provide suitable education/job consultancy options.

* Explain courses, job opportunities, application processes, and services clearly.

* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

* Maintain lead and customer records.

* Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, education consultancy, recruitment, sales, or a related field.

* Excellent communication skills and fluent in English + Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.

* Confident, skilled, and customer-friendly personality.

* Good follow-up and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.
