Role & responsibilities
Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and SOPs.
Operate basic assembly tools, machines, and equipment safely.
Inspect assembled parts for quality and defects.
Follow production targets, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Perform basic testing and functional checks of assembled products.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workstation.
Record production quantities, rejection, and inspection details.
Identify and report defective materials, machine issues, or process problems.
Handle materials and components carefully to prevent damage.
Support the production team in achieving daily output and quality targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th pass, depending on the complexity of the assembly work.




Experience: 05 years in assembly, production, manufacturing, or a similar role. Freshers may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to read basic work instructions/drawings is preferred.
Valuable attention to detail and quality awareness.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
Knowledge of 5S, PPE, safety, and basic quality practices is an advantage.
