Key Responsibilities
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, social-media posts, and digital content.
Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
Plan, shoot, and present video content when required.
Write engaging captions, scripts, and creative copy.
Collaborate with the video editing, marketing, and creative teams.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube, and social-media trends.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual style, and messaging.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in content creation or a similar role.
Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and short-form content.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of social-media trends.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A portfolio or examples of previous work will be an advantage.
