Job Description – Banquet Manager

Location: Park Inn by Radisson, Jalandhar
Position: Banquet Manager

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize and supervise all banquet functions, events, conferences and social gatherings.
Ensure smooth execution of events from pre-function planning to final completion.
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
Supervise and motivate the banquet service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, F&B; Service, Housekeeping and other departments.
Ensure proper setup, presentation and readiness of banquet halls and event venues.
Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower for each event.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety and service standards.
Monitor banquet inventory, equipment and operating supplies.
Assist in achieving banquet revenue targets while maintaining cost control.




Conduct staff training and maintain high standards of grooming, discipline and customer service.
Handle overall banquet operations and ensure every event is executed efficiently and professionally.

Requirements
Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banquet or F&B; operations, preferably in a reputed hotel.
Solid leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of banquet operations, guest service and event management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Skilled personality with a robust customer-service orientation.

Salary: ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
